HaLLE!!!

I take way too many pictures of this girl! But I always do with my babies!
She is so funny! This was last Sunday, she lined her babies up by her and wanted the blanket over all of them! I love her face!!!

I had gotten Halle out of the bathtub and she didn't want to get dressed, I was playing with her and Boston thought she looked so funny with her head upside down, it made her hair look really long! He grabbed the camera and wanted to take a picture! (That's my boy!)
She thought it was pretty funny!

On our many trips to St. George we have had to find numerous ways to entertain her! It usually involves the kids gadgets! Right here she is wearing Zach's headphones, it never lasts long, but it's the thought that counts!

As we were getting ready to leave St. George to come home, Morgan was loading the bags into the van, and Halle wanted to go with him. So, we put on her shoes and let her go. She was just hanging out right by him and fell and tripped when she walking. This was her very FIRST owie! I was so sad that my baby had a scrape on her knee! Halle was pretty concerned about it too! She got all the T.L.C. she needed from her mommy of course!
I had to clean it, put neosporin on it, and of course a band-aid!

She found it ammusing to suck on her toes while she was in her car seat!

Even both feet at once!

Just wanted to jot down some funny things of this little girl who is getting too big too fast!
She will be 21 months next week!!!
My hubby will be 36 on Friday!

BaSeBaLL SeAsOn

It is officially baseball season!!! Even though Zach has 3 more weeks of baseketball we are in full swing with baseball at this house! Last night I had all 3 of my kids at Vets baseball park right by our house! It was a miracle that they were actually all at the same field, with practices all close to each other! Zach had to be there at 5, Boston 5:30, and Brinley had softball tryouts at 6! It was a windy night, but Halle and I went and endured the wind for about an hour till we couldn't handle it anymore! Morgan has started up a little team with kids ages 6-7! And man are they going to be good! They are mostly little brothers of kids on Zach's team, so it is fun for them to be together! They had tryouts and had about 16 kids come, so they had to cut 5 kids which was really hard at this age! Boston came up with the name Lehi Bombers!!! We are excited for these little guys, they will be so fun to watch! Sometimes I wonder if we are crazy to start him this young... but he is ready, and this is what they want to be doing!
Brinley had softball tryouts for the first time this year and got to experience what a draft is like! She ended up being 4th in the draft and all the coaches wanted her! She was slammin the ball! :) The bad thing is, the coach she wanted didn't get to pick her cuz someone else got her first! She was a little sad that she wouldn't be on the same team as her friends, but is going to try it out and try to meet new girls! Brin has natural athletic ability, now we just need to get her to enjoy it! She would rather dance all around than be throwing a ball around!
So, good luck to all my kiddos on the baseball field this spring/summer!
Me and Halle will be your biggest fans!

BoStOn'S 6th BiRtHdAy!!!

On Feb. 21st Boston turned 6!!! I kinda feel like he got gipped this year, #1 he got sick on the night of his birthday, #2 he didn't get a party until 5 weeks after his birthday, and #3 it has taken me 6 weeks to post about his birthday! Sorry buddy, we still love you, that's just the way things roll right now! I don't know what it is but things have been so busy lately, and I can't seem to catch up! We were in St. George over President's Day weekend (Boston's birthday was ON Pres. Day this year) which we usually tend to be in St. George for baseball. So, we got to celebrate with family while we were there, which is always fun! On Saturday we all went to Pizza Factory, one of our fave places to eat and the same waiter was there that has been there since Morgan and I were dating/engaged/married and he still remembers us every time we go in, even all these years later! He brought out Boston an ice cream sundae and we all sang to him. He felt pretty special!

Mmmm yummy breadsticks!

Eating birthday ice cream! Looks like Zach wants a bite!

On Sunday my mom and I made taco soup (Boston's request) for dinner! My mom had made a pan of chicken enchalada's before we came down that we had with it! We had tons of good food! I made Boston his favorite chocolate cake with whip cream frosting! He loved having everyone there to celebrate with him! My mom always makes sure to have everything special and loves having everyone together!

After Boston opened his presents from my mom and dad, he was so appreciative, and went over and gave them both big hugs and told them thank you! He was so sweet!

Boston and Grandpa Udy

They gave him a new batting tee, to practice hitting with and a Utah shirt!
They love that Boston likes the Utah Utes!

Brinley, Halle, Boston, Kaysha, Kyla, Austin, and Zach

On Monday we drove home (his actual birthday) we stopped at the store on our way home and let him pick out a bike (that is what he wanted) my sister took him shopping in St. George at Target and let him pick out these spy binoculars.

Right when we got home he started running a fever and just wanted me to hold him!
Look how sad he looks. Halle had to jump in and join us!

Brinley gave him this little fox webkinz that she picked out by herself, and we also got him a new jazz shirt and basketball shorts when we went to the game.

He spent the next few days on the couch like this...

So, it was his year to have a friend party, which he pretty much scored cuz we ended up celebrating with family too! It took awhile to find a date with our busy schedules and with the kids being sick, so 5 weeks later we finally threw a party with mostly friends from his kindergarten class and took them all to Monkey Island Fun Center here in Lehi.
Halle loved riding the little carousel!

Boston being goofy! His friend Maddux is in the background!

The kids were tired of be getting pictures, but I had to get a group pic of everyone that was there! That place was SO busy the day we went, the kids had a minimal day at school that day, and I wasn't even thinking that everyone else would decide to do the same thing that day! There were kids running around EVERYWHERE! Well, after being there only about 10 minutes Boston came running to me SCREAMING with his hands on his head! I immediately dropped my bags and sat on the floor to hold him and check his head out. He had an instant HUGE goose egg on the back of his head and come to find out he was climbing up one of the bouncers and fell off and hit his head on the floor! I was pretty scared at first, this nice lady ran over to help me (just another mom that was there) and went and got me a bag of ice to put on his head and got Boston a popsicle to suck on. So, for the first half hour of the party I held Boston on the couch with ice on his head! I felt so bad for him! All of his friends were so nice and kept running over to check on him and see if he was o.k. He finally felt good enough to get up and go play, which I'm glad, but he had a whoppin headache for the next 2 days! I took him to the doctor to get checked out, and they did a neurological test on him, and he did fine, and they told me not to worry! I'm so glad that nothing serious happened!

He wanted to do cupcakes for his party instead of cake, which was fine with me!

And of course he wanted to put his face in it!
His friends thought he was pretty funny!

He loved opening his presents from everyone, that was so fun for him, and he was so thoughtful and told them thank you after each one! The kids would get so excited each time he opened a new one!

All the little rascals! We came back to our house afterwards to have pizza, and cupcakes, and to open presents! It was so nice not having to haul all that stuff there with us! They didn't have much time to play afterwards, but 3 hours later their parents came to get them! It was alot of fun, and I'm glad Bosto got to have all of his little friends over! He sure has made alot of friends in kindergarten, and he tells me funny stories every day! In fact, he told me yesterday that his friend Easton said the "sh" word at recess! I thought to myself, I don't think Easton seems like a boy that would be swearing at school so I asked Boston what he said and he didn't want to say it, so he started spelling it. Well come to find out all the kids at school say that "shut up" is a swear word! hahaha

Halle enjoyed the chocolate cupcakes too! :)

So, there you have it! My little boy is officially 6 now, and we have his party behind us! Phew!
I love you buddy! Even though it took me over a month to post this! Now I will be able to sleep tonight! :)

6 Things I LOVE About my 6 yr. Old

1. I love that he loves rice krispies and rice chex instead of
lucky charms and froot loops!
2. He will turn down a treat if he doesn't feel like eating it
ie: ice cream, a doughnut, people think he is CRAZY!
3. He doesn't really care what other people think
4. He makes us laugh all of the time, and says the funniest things!
5. He has a soft/kind heart
6. He has only lost 1 baby tooth!

I love you buddy! Thanks for being you and always making me SMILE!

Happy Birthday!

BrAcEs!!!

After

Zach got braces today!!! He is starting to look more like a teenager these days, and I love it! So many fun things he is getting to experience!!! A few months ago he got contacts, and is just now mastering putting them in without taking him 20 minutes! Those first few weeks were rough! Now he gets to practice putting his rubberbands in for his braces.... patience... it will take alot!
He looks so cute, and I am already used to them! Halle keeps pointing at his teeth wondering what in the heck is on them! He did really good, and hasn't been in too much pain yet! He has had 2 smoothies today from Roxberry, so he's not complaining! I told him I think he's going to loose weight cuz he won't be able to eat NEAR as much as he usually does! The good thing is he won't have to starve himself for weigh ins this year for football! :) No fun having your teeth hurt and not being able to eat! We had a yummy dinner yesterday to "celebrate"! Morgan grilled steak and we had yummy baked potatoes that were HUGE! I made Zach his favorite Texas Caviar to eat with chips, cuz I figured it would be awhile before he could eat those! :) I also made the kids crepes before school this morning! Zach's request! He wanted a yummy breakfast before we were off for his appointment! It was a good day! I am so tired, I don't know why I am up right now, so I'm going to go snuggle in my warm bed! (It's warm because my kids have been sleeping in it!) :) I didn't make Zach go back to school, we went and got the movie Megaminds and watched it when the kids got home from school. It was early out day, and we laid around all afternoon, it was so nice! We actually did alot of layin around all weekend with it being General Conference! Sonnet came over tonight for the end of the game, she was here for awhile, we hadn't seen her in a long time! The kids always love to see her, and are so goofy! Even Halle, it's funny how she tries to act like the other kids! She's pretty cute if I say so myself!

Before

I braided Brinley's hair during conference, and we took her braids out this morning before school, she was lookin pretty cute! Her hair had so many different lengths in it, it was hard to braid all the way to the bottom...

After

The two littles woke up early this morning, and this is what they did while I made breakfast...
2 peas in a pod

A Good Night's Sleep... NOT

Last night Zach had a basketball game @ 8:30 and I decided not to go. I let Morgan take the kids, I shouldn't have cuz they didn't get home until after 10, but I just needed a night at home! It seems as though we are always on the go, and I hadn't had my head above water since we got back from St. George! I needed a night at home with no interruptions from anyone so I could clean the kitchen, sort the laundry, wash the laundry, pick up the living room, checked my email, fold the towels, "listen" to American Idol as I ran around the house! It was a good night, and much needed! :) It was almost 10 and they still weren't back so I even decided to hop in the shower! I threw some cookies in the oven to bake while I was showering, not a good idea, they were a little crispy... It is amazing how much you can get accomplished in a couple of hours!
All I really wanted to do is lay on the couch and "watch" American Idol, I was so tired! At 10:30 I laid down with Boston and Halle and they both fell right asleep, so I snuck out of the bed and went up to say good night to Brinley and Zach and Brinley wanted me to lay by her, I NEVER get to lay by her anymore cuz I'm always laying with the 2 littles! So I happily crawled in her bed with her, and she was out in 5 min! Well, I guess I was too, cuz I didn't wake up until 1:30 and I was so tired I didn't even want to go downstairs into my bed, but I did. It took me forever to go to sleep because Morgan was snoring so loud (that's why I always have to go to sleep before him) when I finally got to sleep Halle woke up at 3:30 and was itching her foot like crazy! This was the 2nd night she had done this, so I got some anti-itch Eczema cream that I had and seriously had to rub her feet for 1 hour!!! She would start to doze off and then wake up and put her foot in the air and cry, or grab my hand and put it on her foot! Then her hands started itching too! I need to call her doctor today and see what it could be. The only thing that came to my mind was "hand-foot-mouth" disease. Yuck! So, at 4:18 she finally was back to sleep, yeah, I could finally get a few hours of sleep till the kids have to get up! Morgan's alarm went off at 6:15 and I didn't hear a thing! Boston came and crawled in my bed at 7:30 and I thought oh, I get to sleep for 30 more min. But of course I couldn't go back to sleep so, I got up and made the kids pancakes for breakfast!

But that is a problem MOM!

Yesterday I was reading books to Boston and Halle before he had to go to school. I was reading the book "Spring is Here" and throughout the whole book, Mole is trying to wake up Bear to tell him Spring is here! At the end he finally wakes him up and he is so exhausted that he falls asleep! I could tell Boston was really thinking about things while I was reading the book to him, and on the very last page he said to me in the most serious voice. "But that is a problem MOM!" I asked him what the problem was, and he said "Now Mole is asleep, and that is a problem, my teacher said that every book has a problem and that it starts out happy, sad, and then happy! The problem is not supposed to be at the END of the book! Cute little kid! I just laughed!

MATURATION 2011

On Tuesday this week I got to go to the school with Zach my 6th grader for the Maturation program. It kinda snuck up on me cuz I forgot to put it on my calendar. I went to take Halle over to my neighbor and she was having a hard time with me leaving. She was tired, it was her nap time and she wanted me. I thought it would help if I went downstairs with her for a bit, and we started her favorite movie Toy Story 3 to see if that would help! Yep, it did, and if I could have held her for 5 more min she would have been out! But I needed to leave, it was already 1:15 and I was late! So, I handed her to Sanae and left with her screaming! I felt so bad! I told her I would text her to see how she was doing, and once I got there I was so engrossed I totally forgot! Good to know she only cried for about 30 sec. and she fell asleep in Sanae's arms! Thank you for holding my baby for me! :) So I get to the school and run in cuz I'm late, and Zach is sitting on the front row with no other seats by him. So, I sit in the row behind him and tell him to come sit by me! He looks at me like "mom are you crazy, are you trying to embarrass me?" I smiled at him and asked him again to come sit by me. He reluctantly got up from his seat with his face bright red and came and sat by me! GOOD BOY! Sorry bud, that I was late, no I wasn't trying to embarrass you, I was just taking care of your little sister!
Brad Wilcox was the speaker, and he was SO GOOD! He was so entertaining as he was talking to the boys, we were all laughing our heads off! He has written the book "Growing Up" that is at Deseret Book and is also an EFY speaker! I don't know how our school is so lucky to get him, but I am going to go buy his book today! He was so great, and made it so comfortable for everyone! I checked Zach out after it was over, and went and got him a smoothie and me a diet coke and we continued our "talk" in the car! It was so fun just me and him! I love that my kids feel like they can talk to me! That is what I want more than anything! I love that my "little boy" is more nigh eve than I thought he was. But it is so hard opening his little eyes to the big world, and "life". I am glad I was able to go and share this experience with Zach, he is such a good kid and I love being with him!

This blog has been deleted and is no longer available.

Is what came up on my screen when I went to get on my blog about 5 minutes ago!
I panicked! I felt like my whole life went down the drain in seconds!
I took a deep breath and read the instructions on the screen at the bottom in tiny print.
I clicked on "contact us" if you have any questions!
It then took me to a screen that said they suspected unusual and suspicious content on my account and I had to have a verification code texted to my phone!
Once I put the code in all it had me do was change my password and when I re typed my blog address in it came up!!! I was dying! I thought my blog was gone forever!
Or I was going to have to start all over from scratch!
How would I ever have gotten all my "contacts" back that I had?
I am so glad that I got my blog back! I have tried to do so good at updating since I have had my books made! I just got my one from 2010 made and it was shipped to me in less than a week! AMAZING! I have always used blog2print but thought I would try the cutest blog on the block this time! I noticed that they were doing books on their site and they were way cuter! It actually is through the same company, but they had different covers to choose from and their font was cuter! Same price and everything! Kinda silly to care about those things, but hey I'm going to have these books FOREVER right?

Jr. Jazz Season 2011

Boston's last basketball game was Feb. 23. As you can tell from this picture, he gets really into his game and plays HARD!!! I think he really liked to see how sweaty he could get!
He actually was sick for this game, but he wasn't running a fever so I let him go play! There was NO WAY this kid was missing his last game! He got the Utah Jazz shorts for his birthday and hadn't been able to wear them to a game yet and was so excited to wear the shorts! He played awesome and of course kept score the whole time! I videoed some of his game and when I zoomed in on his face you could tell he was concentrating so hard! Every time he would come out of the game he would tell me what the score was, you'd think I could help the kid out and keep score for him so he could just play, but I tried that. Didn't work so well!

This is Halle during the game, she was carrying my sisters purse and my video camera bag at the same time. Nice cheez! So cute!

Mommy, Halle, & Daddy with Boston at his last game.
I look like death, Brinley was home sick and I felt so bad leaving her, but I couldn't miss Boston's last game! My kids were sick all week, it was a LONG one!
Nice season bud! We are proud of you for working hard!
Now we're on to BASEBALL!

CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!

Utah County Bantam Championship and the AAU Winter League Championship.

Most of you know that Zach has been playing in 3 basketball leagues... same team, just different leagues to get more games and experience. Some may think we are crazy, we even questioned it to begin with, but it really isn't as bad as it sounds! They practice one night a week (sometimes not at all) and have 3-4 games a week. Anyway, last week, they played in the championship for the Bantam and AAU Leagues and WON BOTH of them!!! Way to go boys! My camera was dead at the Bantam game so I only got one at the AAU game! But at least they got t-shirts instead of a medal! Zach has had alot of fun on the team and been able to learn lots from his coaches! This was the 1st year Morgan hasn't coached him in basketball, so it was bittersweet for him! He was Zach's #1 fan! He is so supportive of Zach and always doing what he can to be there for him! He loves it just as much as Zach! Halle loves to cheer for her brother! She has had lots of practice! The Flash tournament started this week too, they were supposed to play tonight but the other team forfeited, (they didn't want to play us, because we killed them last game) so they play again next week to get their 3rd championship! Whoo whoo!

Boston lost his 1st TooTH!!!

On Feb. 13th the day before Valentines Boston lost his first tooth!
It was funny cuz I had just taken the kids to the dentist just a week before and the dentist said that his bottom teeth were loose and that he would probably lose them within a month or two!
I didn't even know they were loose!
Good thing the dentist had warned me, or I would have been totally surprised!
It had only been loose for a few days, and I really wanted him to lose his first tooth at home, and not at school! It was Sunday night, and we were kinda wrestling on the floor and I went to feel his tooth to see how loose it was and it popped right out! He almost swallowed it cuz he was laying down, and when he went to spit it out, it almost went up his nose! It came out so fast he didn't even have time to think about if it hurt or not!
My little boy is growing up! Once they start loosing their teeth, there's no goin back!
I love em with their little space in their teeth! They look so cute!

Here he is with his tooth fairy pillow all ready!

He loved his little tooth! I never got a good picture of his "gap"!

SoCkS...

in the shower!!!
Brinley was taking a shower and I could hear her just laughing! I went in there to see what was so funny, and she had forgotten to take her socks off before she got in!
Silly girl! That could never happen to me, cuz I don't wear socks!

6th grade ScIeNcE FaIr...

The 6th grade Science Fair was last month, I have heard alot about this from other parents and always dreaded it, but I have to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!
Zach really did most of the work by himself, and had alot of fun with it!
He got 1st place in his class and was picked to compete at the District Fair!
We were totally surprised! He didn't love it, but at least he got to go and see what it was like! There were alot of really cool projects!
Good job bud!
Now I can check that off my list, for a few more years at least!

LoVe NoTeS...

Today is Sunday and has been one of the most relaxing days we have had in a LONG time! I didn't have to plan a lesson for my class at church, so that is always nice to just wake up and get everyone ready and out the door! That is always a chore with 9 a.m. church! We ate leftovers for dinner tonight, so I didn't spend all day in the kitchen like I normally do. We spent the day doing random things which was nice! After church Halle took Morgans hand and led him to the bedroom and handed him the remote and Toy Story 3! Needless to say they both fell asleep! She is in love with this movie right now! She doesn't even watch t.v. or anything else, but she LOVES Toy Story! She knows all of their names and will point to them when we ask her! It is so funny! She wants to watch it ALL of the time, and I don't let her, because I'm not a big fan of that! (Letting my kids watch t.v. all the time) In fact tonight when it was time to go to bed she did the same thing and I told her NO, so she went and got daddy and brought him in. He is a sucker and would have let her, but I put my foot down! I don't want her getting used to watching a movie before she goes to bed. I made the kids clean their bedrooms becuase we were gone all day yesterday with Zach playing in the Championship for basketball which they won! (pictures to come) I have many posts I still want to write! Brinley told me "Mom, I thought Sunday was supposed to be a day of rest!" haha Well, it is, but I don't think it hurt having them pick up their rooms which needed MUCH attention! We were talking about when Morgan and I were younger and they asked us if our rooms were always clean, they asked us if we made our beds every day and we both said YES! We both remember HAVING to! I don't know why I haven't made the kids make their beds every day, probably because if they make theirs that means that I have to make mine! hahaha So, we are ALL (including me) going to try harder to make our beds every day! We'll see how long it lasts!
Earlier this afternoon the kids wanted to do something nice for us and sent us to our room for 30 min! Could have been nice, or romantic or something, except Halle wanted to come in with us which was fine! :) So, when the kids were ready they came in and got us, and had cleaned up the living room and set up "massage" stations to give us both a massage! They had written this note for us on a big piece of paper! How nice!
I opted for a foot massage, which is my fav, actually any kind of massage is my fav, but my feet were really dry and needed some lotion on them! This is the note they had written, I wanted to write it down cuz it was so cute! I took a picture of it, but you couldn't see it very good!

Written by Brinley:

Dear Mom and Dad,
I want you guys to know that we really really love you guys! And we are going to give you both a foot rub or a massage or anything! I love you to the moon and back, to China, and then to heaven and then to Disneyland and then back to our house! I love U even more than that but I can't fit it, but I Love U!
Love,
Brinley,
Boston, &
Zach

I love my sweet kids! They are always so thoughtful!
Thx guys!

Trip to TaRgEt!!!

This morning Morgan took Zach and a few friends from his basketball team to Weber State for the basketball play-off games. Lehi was playing Sky View (my hometown school) at 2:00. And they really wanted to see Lehi play. Too bad they were one of the first games, I'm sure they boys were happy though, cuz they all got checked out of school! Lucky kids! So, they decided to stay for the remainder of the day since they made the drive up there! They are on their way home right now, which makes it late for a school night. But I'm so glad that my husband enjoys doing things like this. This is what makes memories... ever since we have lived here he has taken Zach, so it has kinda turned into a "tradition". Zach looks forward to it every year, he loves going places with his dad, and I'm sure he had a great time having his friends come along too! He has 7th grade orientation at the Middle School in the morning, and he can't be late, so I hope he can wake up! I can't believe my boy is going to be starting Middle School next year! We have registration next week! WOW!
Today after the kids got home from school, I had to run Brinley to dance. While I was waiting for her I ran to Target to grab a few things. I really didn't need that many things and had fun walking around with my kids loooking. I love that store, and have to keep myself away or I spend too much moola there! Kinda like Costco! While we were in the store Halle pooped, and of course I didn't have a diaper or wipes with me, (which I always keep wipes in my purse, so I don't know why I didn't have them) So, I had to grab diapers and wipes to go change her. After we were done checking out we proceeded to the bathroom to take care of business. Well, I had Boston with me, and didn't want to leave him hangin by himself looking at the dollar section (which is what he wanted to do) so I made him come in the girls bathroom with me, which he wasn't very happy about. I guess he is a little old cuz while I was changing Halle's diaper he noticed the "machine" on the wall that looked like it might have candy in it. He asked me what it was and I kinda ignored him like I didn't know. He then says "mom, what does T-A-M-P-O-N (as he spells out the word) spell? I'm sure whoever was in there was laughing! So, I told him it was something that girls need, and if they don't have one in their purse they can put a quarter in and get one! His face then lights up and says "Oh, I know what those are, Aunt Ish-ish (my sister) uses them all the time! (Sorry Sonnet) She always has them in her pockets, and I always find them! They are like a stick, and you put them up your bum!" Not sure where he got that part from... I was laughing as we walked out of the bathroom, and I'm sure everyone else that was in there was too! Gotta love those bathroom moments with your little boys! :)

This little boy of mine...

The other night before bed Boston got ahold of my camera and was taking pictures of himself! I know sounds scary, but there were some hilarious pictures on there! I loved this one of him and Halle together!

Boston seriously says some of the funniest things and is constantly cracking us up! I just wish I wasn't brain dead and could remember half of what he says! I know yesterday he said several things that I thought, "I need to write that down". And of course I can't remember today...

Every day when I take Boston to school he goes and opens up the sliding door for me so I can get Halle in, then runs around to the other side and opens my door for me, then runs back to his side to get in and starts the car for me (usually to warm it up cuz it's so stinkin cold outside) I mean seriously what 5 year old does that? He is so cute! One day he was waiting for me to come out the door, and was just sitting in the van with both doors open (Halle's and mine) waiting for us!
Today when we were getting in the car, he said "This is getting tiring"! haha
So, I thought I better post about it while it lasts...

Another ear infection for both him and Halle! I took Halle in a week ago and him in this morning! At least he is old enough and can tell me his ear hurts! He was pretty excited he got his own pink medicine! He loves that stuff!

Last Friday I was able to drive to S.L.C. to meet some of my high school friends for dinner! It had been a LONG time since we had all gotten together, and I'm so glad that we finally were able to! We are all back living in Utah now, and decided to just do it! We ate at P.F. Chang's, and it was so yummy! They called to tell me they were running behind and they wouldn't be there by 5 like planned. Well, I had a crazy/ busy afternoon and I wasn't quite ready anyway, so I thought oh good, I'll have some extra time... big mistake! I ended up getting there an hour later than everyone, they had already eaten all the lettuce wraps by the time I got there!
I guess they don't remember my promptness, and always being on time to everything!!!
We ate TONS of food, talked, laughed, and 2 hours later were still sitting there eating dessert! I think they were ready to kick us out, so they could use our table!
Some of them were staying the night at Little America so we went back there so they could take their bags in, and thought we were going back out on the town! But it came 11:00 and we were still laying on the beds talking, laughing, and reminiscing about the good ol' days! :)
I was a wuss and couldn't leave my baby overnight, so I drove back home.
Maybe next time girls! :)
Thanks for a fun night! Let's do it again!

SwEEt...

This is what my 2 littles are doing right now... Halle WAS next to Boston when I got out of the bed to go finish watching Secretariat with my family. These 2 really need their sleep, and they didn't get enough of it all weekend! I always have good intentions. So, later on when I went to take Boston up to his bed, this is what I found...
Halle was totally sprawled out with her legs up on her brother! Too cute for words!
I even ran out to get my camera out of my purse which was in the van, and it is a total blizzard outside! What the heck? I thought spring was on it's way?

Jr. JaZZ

Boston started playing Jr. Jazz right after Christmas. He has been waiting a LONG time to be able to play basketball! They actually got real jerseys instead of t-shirts! He gets so into practice and his games he cracks me up! He's one of the only ones out there that actually knows what he is doing though! He is so fun to watch! I love that he loves it!

I didn't get any action shots... this is him at half time!

His cute kindergarten teacher even came to watch him one night! It was so nice of her!
She ended up seeing a few of her other students while she was there too!
His teacher is amazing and spends many hours in the classroom after school preparing... as I'm sure alot of teachers do! She was at the school one night where Boston's team practices and she was asking about his games. I told her he played every Wed. and she actually came the next week! I know she is busy and has tons to do, so it meant alot to me that she would take the time to come! Boston was thrilled she was there!
