St. GeOrGe/ BaSeBaLL CaMp!

Over Martin Luther King Weekend we decided to leave the snowy weather here and take the boys to my dad's baseball camp in Mesquite. We left late Fri. night, in hopes that Halle would sleep in the car, she was awake the first 2 hours of the drive! We were trying everything to entertain her! Brinley's iPod worked for a minute, she loved the lights on it in the dark, and insisted on having the earbuds in!

She even thought it was a telephone for a minute! It was a long drive! I had to entertain her playing Angry Birds on Zach's iPod for 45 min. before she would fall asleep! Funny girl!
Brinley and Boston rode with my brother Rhett, I'm so glad I sent them to ride with Nate, they got there alot earlier than us, and were all snuggled in bed asleep by the time we got there!

The boys went to camp for 3 days from 9-5 every day. I felt a little crazy sending my kindergartner, but he LOVED it! And I wouldn't have been able to if it wasn't my dad putting on the whole thing! Boston was worn right out each day! This was a picture of my boy the first day! Gatorade mustache and ALL! Morgan was there with the boys running them back and forth to their fields they needed to be at and eating hot dogs! The girls stayed with me and my mom in St. George, and we would go watch their games every day. It was so beautiful there, and SO good to see the sun! It got warmer each day we were there, and was 72 the day we headed home! Oh how we hated to leave the sunshine!

Boston crashed every night on the way home from Mesquite, he didn't shower the whole time we were there, until the end of the 3rd day as soon as he walked in the door I stripped his dirty clothes off and threw him right in the shower and even washed him twice he was so dirty! :)
He would wake up so early the next morning ready to go, he was so excited after sleeping 12 hours! He told me his legs were tired from being on his feet all day.

On the 2nd day they have a few of the staff member talk to the kids on the hill. It was fun to hear their stories and gave the boys a little break. This was Boston as he was listening...

This is Zach...

Halle and Brinley watching Toy Story 3 at my mom's. She got so excited when it started. Of course she didn't last long!

Nate and Boston collecting leaves and putting them in a water bottle while they listened.

The kids before we headed home. Zach's friend Cody came with us for the weekend.
My mom and dad totally spoiled us while we were there! I didn't lift a finger the whole weekend and we woke up to pancakes, bacon, and sausage every morning! We all loved it!
She even made a nice lasagna dinner before we all headed home! Thanks for making it a fun weekend for everyone! We'll be back soon! :)

My BaBy!

Today my little girl went into nursery for the first time! I really had mixed emotions about it, and insisted on staying in there with her whether she needed me to or not! Her nursery leaders were making fun of me, cuz I was having a harder time with it than she was! :) It's just that my baby shouldn't be old enough to do puzzles, sing songs, sit at the table and color a picture of Jesus, and squeal in delight as bubbles are blown over her head as she pops each little one with her little finger! It honestly didn't even hit me that Halle would be starting nursery this month! The nursery leader stopped me in the hall in Dec. and told me how excited they were for her to be coming in, and I had to turn my head to see who she was talking to! Not ME, not MY BABY! And ever since then I just kept thinking "Oh, I'm not going to take her then, she's just too little, I'm going to wait until she's older". So I honestly can say that I was dragging my 2 feet as I took her into the classroom today! In fact, on our way to church this morning (Yes, we have 9 a.m. church and we ALL made it on time! Well, on time for me is before the sacrament is passed!) I told my kids that Halle would be going to nursery for her first time today! Even they were like "NO she isn't going- she's too little!" Even Morgan was like "Shouldn't she be able to talk before she goes?" So, I stayed after sacrament was over and was talking with people and was trying to come up with every excuse that I could to not take her in. But couldn't. So then I was just thinking, she's not going to like it, and then I won't have to take her next week. Well, we walked in and her cute nursery leaders were so happy to see her they were clapping and so excited she was there! How could she not like that? She climbed right up to the table and started doing the puzzles that were there. She did SO good! Better than I ever imagined! I had to stay there the whole time cuz I had to see what she was doing!
Next week Daddy will get to take her cuz I have to teach Primary...
Oh, I just love this little girl! I can't believe she is 18 months!

G'pa and G'ma Udy's

We headed up to Logan to my parent's the day after Christmas which we usually don't do! But we thought we better make one last visit before they moved down to St. George! We went up in time to go to my mom's sacrament meeting with her, we were a little late because there was a big storm! There were so many cars off the side of the road on the way up so we had to drive really slow! But we finally made it and had a nice Christmas dinner after. It was a short trip but was worth it. Zach had a basketball tournament Mon. Tues. Wed. that we had to be back for. He only had 1 game Mon. night, so he and Morgan drove down to S.L.C. for it and came back that night! We were able to hang out on Tues. before we left so it was fun! These are just a few pics after church on Sunday. The girls got matching dresses from my mom, and these were the only pictures I got of them in them! Sundays are always so hard by the time you get home from church everyone is tired and hungry and NOT in the mood to get their picture taken!

The kids with Grandpa and Grandma Udy
(My dad's pants even match the girls dresses!) haha

Da girls!

CuTe KiddOs!

Right after the kids left for school this morning I decided to hop in the shower, which is a rare occasion!!! But Halle seemed content and I thought I would take advantage...

When I got out this is what I found!!! Boston was reading books to Halle in my bed!
How cute is that? He LOVES reading and is so good at sounding out words! He read to his baby sister all morning, and I loved listening to him as I was getting ready!
She is a lucky girl to have so many people love and take care of her!

They even read under the covers!

My baby is starting to "cheese" when I get the camera out to take her picture now!
It is so funny!
She has the cutest cheese and will do it for me any time I ask!!!
Love it!

K- well my kids are having a dance party right now, and they are supposed to be in bed,
I guess I better go supervise and tuck them in!
Goodnight!

BiNgHaM FaMiLy CoUsInS!

New Year's Eve day Morgan's brother Wes and his 2 kids Kooper and Chance came to visit with his parents. They made the long haul from Arizona which is a 10+ hour drive! We are just glad we didn't have to drive it! We hadn't seen Wes and his kids for over 2 years and had never met little Kooper! He and Halle are only 2 weeks apart! Chance is so grown up and is in the 1st grade now! It was fun to see them! Jason and Ashlee came over with Porter, Luke, and Aubree for the afternoon which meant that ALL the cousins were together for the first time EvEr!!! Grandpa and Grandma were pretty happy! Jason and Ashlee hadn't taken the twins out much, and thought they would brave it and bring them to our house! Halle had a little cold, so I didn't let her hold them, but she sure loved to look at them! All the kids took turns holding the babies inbetween playing the Wii. It was a wild bunch to be around, but the kids had alot of fun, and the babies did great!!! We got lots of fun pics...

Brinley was a baby snatcher and got to hold Aubree almost the whole time after she woke up! Isn't she a doll?
She even got to feed her a bottle! Something she never got to do with Halle!
She was in HeAvEn!!!

Grandma Bingham holding Luke, Jason, and Ashlee

Halle and Kooper holding there babies! Halle is giving hers kisses!

Sweet little Luke!

The little boys playing the Wii

Halle with her new vacuum!

Halle checking out little Aubree! She loved watching her drink her bottle!

Jim and Laurine with ALL 9 of there grandkids!!!
Who would have ever guessed there would be all these babies within a year of each other!?

Cute little cousins!

Brin & Bree
(so cute!)

My kids loved the babies! It was their first time seeing them!!!

Wes reading Halle a story! I thought it was so cute!

My kids got to have Christmas all over again!
Boston in his new Buzz Lightyear sleeping bag!

Zach and Chance trying to blow up an air mattress!

Brinley and Halle in their new sleeping bag!

We all rang in the New Year! This is the kids right before the countdown!!!

We could hear fireworks outside, so they went to check them out! They all started screaming saying Happy New Years, and as soon as they did a siren went off! It scared them and they all started running and thought they were in trouble! It was pretty funny!

Happy 2011!!!

TwAs ThE NiGhT BeFoRe ChRiStMaS...

Apparently Halle likes butter! She grabbed the whole tub off of the table while no one was looking, and then we caught her doing this...

Wasn't what she expected!

My sister spent Christmas this year, she decided we were more exciting than my retired parents! Thanks Son! She came over on Christmas Eve and after dinner gave the kids their presents, she always gives their presents early, she thinks they will be more excited about them, rather than opening them on Christmas Day! I think she is right!
She gave Halle these little twin babies, and she LOVED them! She carried them around all night and had to have them wrapped in this little blankie! I loved her little hands holding her babies in this pic!

My sister did a sub for Santa family this year, it was actually one of her students, and we were able to help her deliver their Christmas! Our neighbor had this Santa suit, so Morgan borrowed it and dressed up as Santa to deliver presents for the kids! It was a really neat experience that our family will never forget! You should have seen all of the things that were donated to this family! My sister did an awesome job organizing everything! We went over and helped her load everything to take over and it filled up the entire back of Morgan's truck! We took pictures, but they are all on her camera. The kids kept saying "They are so lucky, I wish we were getting all this stuff". It made me realize that we have a lot to be grateful for. I'm glad that we have a home that we could wake up together in and enjoy Christmas Day in, that we have a kitchen to cook all of our yummy food in, and have a place to sit down together and enjoy meals together in. My sister is always thinking of others, and how she can help someone. She has a very kind heart. I am grateful that she took this family in her hands this Christmas and allowed our family to lend a hand in helping her. There were many tears shed that night, and it truly was a Christmas miracle for this family!

Zach had a little fun trying on the suit himself!
He actually would have made a really good Santa...
if he were a LITTLE bigger! hahaha

The kids had fun pretending and sitting on his lap telling him what they wanted for Christmas!

Boston was so serious...

And Halle didn't know what to think... I was trying to get her to touch his beard.
She wasn't scared, just trying to figure out why bubba was in this weird lookin suit!

She actually let him hold her though!

Then it was time for Morgan to put on the suit, he waited till the last min. cuz he knew that it wasn't going to be that comfortable! Then we didn't have time for pics with all the kids, Halle was very mellow and not concerned at all that her daddy was dressed up as Santa!

Time for 1 group shot

And the kids started singing
I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus...
so, I couldn't resist!

Not sure what Halle is thinking right here!

Then it was time for the traditional Nativity play. Halle didn't hold quite as still being baby Jesus this year... I barely snapped this picture before she rolled off the bean bag!

The kids are always so sweet, wish they could be like this all the time!

I loved this pic of Halle giving her big sister hugs!

Boston chewing on his shirt. He seems to do that alot lately. Hopefully it's just a stage.

The kids didn't go to bed until 11 o'clock. Halle got a little grumpy, and this carrot was the only thing that made her happy!

The kids writing their note to Santa before they went to bed.
And leaving him special treats...
